Visit from Professor Birch 2003

During July and August 2003 Professor Stephen Birch from the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics and a member of the Centre for Health Economics and Policy Analysis (CHEPA) at McMaster University, Canada visited CHERE. This visit was part of the Visiting Scholars Program that has been established under the NHMRC Program Grant. During his visit, Professor Birch presented a distinguished lecture titled "The future of nursing workforce: challenges in health human resources planning". The lecture was well attended.
